I realized recently that it's been a year or so since I did this last.

So, I suppose it's time for a round of "Ask Uncle Grayhawk Anything!".

You pick the question and leave it in a comment, I'll answer it.

And in keeping with the spirit of the majority of the questions, feel free to ask me questions about anything. Anything at all. It's not likely you will embarass me. And no, that was ***NOT*** meant as a challenge. I will answer all questions in another post.

All comments/questions screened. Mainly because I know you people and what sort of thing you're likely to ask if/when the Imp of the Perverse strikes you.

And hey, you can still Ask Uncle Grayhawk Anything by going here!!!

[livejournal.com profile] hopefulspirit: I can't say that there's anything I either like or dislike cooking anything in particular. I like trying new ideas, new foods, and new recipes, as well as revisiting old ones. Perhaps the thing I like most is the satisfied, sated looks on the faces of my diners.

[livejournal.com profile] delazan: There is no status. Since we were told by Aetna that the plan we were on via my employer won't cover the surgery *at all*, and we don't seem to have the money ourselves... You understand.

[livejournal.com profile] evilpassion8: The refractive frequency index of the emitted light differs between incandescent and LED sources. As such, the point on the glass envelope of the bulb can cause a focus which will allow the LED source to form a laser-like beam which can cause sterility, blindness, feline incontinence, canine defenestration, flatulence in parrots, and genital warts in fish. The flat top prevents this.

[livejournal.com profile] gwynnthiere: a: They were exposed to LED lights which had a glass envelope that came to a point. (see above)
b: Pork Shoulder and Ham. And Soylent Green. Remember: Spam = Meat Whiz.
c: The Travelocity Roaming Gnome
d: Always.

[livejournal.com profile] nukekitty: Yes. And I haven't received my monthly payment yet so I won't post it on the web. (I kid, I kid - but I do have the video)

[livejournal.com profile] stoooooooo: I don't know that I'm qualified to teach anything. Intro to Tech Theater maybe? Oh, wait: I'd teach a class on how to be a Helpdesk tech. How to deal with customers, how to write tickets, general troubleshooting - not the technical side but the rest of it.

[livejournal.com profile] lacousteau: Almost went to Penn State University instead of WMC. That might be about the only thing I can think of.

Well, it seems like the "Ask me" memes are running rampant through the LJ-verse again.

And it's been ~6 months since the last one.

So, I suppose it's time for a round of "Ask Uncle Grayhawk Anything!".

Well, it seems that March is "Question Month".

Wheee!

So, I suppose it's time for my annual round of "Ask Uncle Grayhawk Anything!".

The first batch of questions from the recent edition of Ask Uncle Grayhawk!

[livejournal.com profile] aynne_witch & [livejournal.com profile] delazan: No firm decision has been made. I'm leaning towads "Yes", but I also want to see if I can rent the cooler vest. That will make a hyooge difference.

[livejournal.com profile] delazan: Judging by the number of Girl Scout cookies around, yes. I think her order came to ~135 boxes this year. But yes, still involved and still loving it.

[livejournal.com profile] kenalepha: White, by it's very nature, tends to pick up the imprint and coloration of the things around it. In this are, it's mostly dirt. So, the white is slowly covered by and/or supplanted by the icky brown colors we see.

[livejournal.com profile] rileybear67: Yes I do, darlin'. Wish we could have hung out more at Origins. And both [livejournal.com profile] mousecat0 & I are sorry we keep missing you when you get out this way.

Keep the questions coming!
So, yeah, it's that time again. I'm bored.

So, let's play "Ask Uncle Grayhawk Anything!"

Rules, as before, are simple: Leave a comment with your question. It can be as mundane, ribald, or esoteric as you want. You won't embarrass me. All questions screened. In a day or two, I'll start answering those questions.

So, ask away...
