May. 4th, 2009 08:34 amVery good, very tasty. Suggest having an appropriate flavor of stock on hand though, as it was exceedingly thick after mashing. We added vegetable stock, I could see beef or chicken being added depending on the intended use. For additional flavor, I suggest substituting bacon drippings for the grapeseed oil.
