Day 17: First time you heard that D&D was somehow "evil"?

It would have to be Mazes and Monsters. I had been playing for a while when I saw that, and knew it to be bullshit, even then. Fortunately, so did my parents. It was obvious to me even then that the people in question had their own huge sets of problems - the game was not the real problem.

I think I read some article about kids who got lost while going underground / in sewers? Speculating they were too caught up in D&D.

Our preacher called my sister in to cry at her about how her soul was in danger.
