The following headline from the Boston Globe caught my eye this morning:
Consistent Message Eluding McCain
So, my challenge to you, dear reader: What message is eluding McCain? Serious good, humorous better.
Political flame wars to be deleted.
(Note: While I currently support Obama, I am currently convinced that I don't trust either any of the four P/VP candidates to lead a grade school student council, let alone the US.)

Date: 2008-10-14 02:01 pm (UTC)What is eluding McCain is that the reason he was well liked is his ability to reach across party lines, but then he runs his campaign old school in the heart of old line republicans. I think he should have chosen lieberman as his running mate and really been the Maverick he has been. I have a lot of respect for McCain, and am deeply dissapointed by how he's chosen to run.
That being said, I also feel sorry for him. Jon Stewart turned on him, Lewis compared him to wallace, and he thought he and Lewis were friends, it's an ugly ugly time and I am glad it will all be over soon, one way or the other.
