The dumbing down of humanity
Aug. 15th, 2008 11:28 amPeriodically, I have to write instructions for various processes for my co-workers. It seems that I have to spell out every little step, or they get hopelessly confused.
So I make the instructions as explicit as possible.
But I find myself wondering: Am I contributing to the dumbing down of America by doing this? Or am I expecting too much of people?
