quick update
Sep. 25th, 2007 02:59 pmSo, here I am at work, bored out of my skull as I watch progress bars on three computers slowly inch their way from the left to the right.
Don't I lead a life of thrilling adventure?
Yeah, I know, only in WoW.
Anyway, I wish I had remembered to bring my book today. That book being MCSA/MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit (Exams 70-292 and 70-296): Upgrading Your Certification to Microsoft Windows Server 2003. I really would like to take and pass these tests before years end - get my cert updated.
Reminder:
mousecat0, B, F, & I will be attending the Maryland Renaissance Festival on Oct. 6. Keep an eye out for us if you're there.
Speaking of my beautiful and talented wife, it looks like she will be taking on two part time jobs. The first (if it can be arranged - and it should be) will be through the temp agency at the condo office she's been at for awhile now. That would be on T & Th. Honestly, it sounds like they really need her there full time, but knowing the management company like I do (Same one that manages our condo), they're too damn cheap to hire her on FT. The second is atCharStarbucks on MWF. It doesn't pay as much, but there are some perks...like free coffee to take home.
Cleaned the hell outta F.'s room this weekend. GOt rid of a lot of toys he outgrew/doesn't play with, a lot of clothes he outgrew, and minimal amounts of drama to boot!
I know Hallowe'en is getting close when X-Entertainment begins it's annual Hallowe'en countdown! And it's started! W00T! I'll have to spend some time at Darkinthepark.com reliving memories of Brigantine Castle.
If you have a chance, check out The Camden 28, a documentary directed by an old friend & classmate of mine, Anthony Giacchino. The director of Photography, David Dougherty, is another old friend & classmate. It's showing on PBS stations around the country.
And that's about it for the moment. None of the computers is done, but I'm out of things to babble about. And I haven't gotten any cool links lately
